About Human Resources and Organisation Development (HROD) – Talent Attraction

 

The Talent Attraction team drives the branding, selection and sourcing strategies that position and promote EDB as an employer of choice, and develops organisational competence in assessment and selection frameworks  We are in the business of building a strong talent pipeline and securing capable talent critical for EDB’s success. 

 

We are looking for a Senior Associate/Manager to join our team of passionate and people-oriented individuals.  This position is an excellent opportunity for you to own, develop and drive the implementation of key selection and branding strategies that have a direct impact on a dynamic and great organisation.

 

As a Senior Associate/Manager on the HROD – Talent Attraction team, you will be deeply involved in:

 

  • The full-cycle recruitment for junior-mid level positions; from sourcing, qualifying, interviewing through to negotiation of offers, to fill open requisitions in a timely fashion;
  • Applying a consultative approach to partnering with hiring managers and Division Directors in the identification of qualified applicants and hiring recommendations where appropriate;
  • Sharpening and implementing appropriate attraction and selection strategies to meet the organisation’s medium-long term business objectives;
  • Promoting and enhancing EDB’s employer brand through integrated and creative marketing and branding activities, with the active use of various platforms including social media;
  • Identifying, measuring and reporting our performance around employer branding, recruitment and retention activities that guide business decisions;
  • Working closely with internal (Finance, Legal, Audit and IT) and external teams in the review of policies, systems and processes;
  • Building networks and collaborating with local and overseas Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), Student Associations as well as external parties; and
  • Contributing your unique perspectives and ideas to our HR initiatives!

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, full-cycle recruitment and talent management
  • Qualifications in Human Resource, Organisation Psychology, or Marketing
  • Outcome focused with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Highly analytical with a demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Singaporean
