We are looking for a Senior Lead/Head (Customer Relationship Management/CRM) with a track record of implementing CRM systems. You will be responsible for supporting the team’s CRM function, data analytics requirements, and advise the team on key trends and best practices for CRM solution to bridge business needs.


  • Your responsibilities may include but is not limited to:
    Adapt and evolve the CRM solution to meet business needs
  • Drive CRM adoption initiatives and oversee execution of campaigns
  • Assist with integration of CRM solution with other business systems and applications used in SGN
  • Work with extended business units to facilitate end-to-end marketing campaigns based on analysis of customer and client data
  • Analyse data to inform business development and campaigns
  • Work with IT division to manage CRM system and data warehousing
  • Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy
  • Act as a liaison between the IT division and business team team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of CRM system
  • Propose and implement CRM database segmentation
  • Inform stakeholders and the business on upcoming methods involving data management
  • Provide advice and recommendations on CRM management for business growth



  • Resourcefulness, integrity, hustle and being a good team player are must-haves. Some combination of the following would help for favourable consideration:
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience implementing and managing Salesforce suite of products
  • Experience in at least 3 full project development life cycles
  • Experience in SQL data extraction
  • Experience with developing Business Intelligence dashboards
  • Analytical, data-driven, well-versed with Excel
  • Ability to build strong relations with internal and external parties
  • Experience working with Agile methodology
  • Advantageous to have:
    • Consulting or Business Analysis experience
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification
    • Knowledge of in Salesforce CRM process / product trends, best practices and technologies
    • Experience managing projects, proposals and presentations to senior management
    • Exposure working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to partner and work effectively across teams and with business stakeholders
  • Good communication skills, ability to articulate technology concepts, participate in discussions on requirements with stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the willingness to learn and has the ability to focus on priorities to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Singaporean
