About Customer Experience & Marketing Division
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations & Digital Marketing Senior Manager/ Assistant Vice President to join EDB’s Customer Experience & Marketing team to market Singapore as a preferred business location. You will be part of a high-performing team to grow and optimise marketing programmes that will help scale EDB’s outreach to the global business community while reducing cost to serve to the organisation and strengthening sales and marketing integration processes.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in marketing automation and CRM, and is an analytical and systematic thinker who is passionate about working with data, building processes and managing systems. The role also calls for a strong understanding of inbound marketing/ demand generation best practices to connect the dots and integrate various aspects of the digital marketing work. Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for owning EDB’s marketing technology stack, database, data management practices and to drive marketing effectiveness through process excellence and regular performance reviews. You will also run website and email marketing campaigns to acquire visitors & subscribers, increase engagement and drive conversion on these two channels. The scope of work includes and is not limited to the following:

• Digital systems / Martech Stack management: Oversee the planning, evaluation, procurement, implementation and integration of new marketing systems and tools where required, while weighing costs, complexities, business goals and ROI.

• Marketing funnel & Lead management process: Develop and improve processes around lead capture (or lead entry into database), lead scoring and lead management in collaboration with business and marketing stakeholders. This includes streamlining and socialising lead collection processes, identifying leads from new marketing segments, optimising existing lead scoring model(s), lead qualification and handoff processes.

• Data management best practices: Ensure internal data management practices comply with key data regulations. Own, govern and track collection and usage of data and monitor the progress of our contact and subscriber acquisition strategy.

• Tracking & attribution: Partner across Marketing units to develop and optimise overall marketing tracking & attribution efforts to uncover insights on traffic referrals, lead gen sources and contact’s journey/engagement touchpoints with EDB.

• KPI reporting and performance management: Champion new ways towards performance management and reporting of results to ensure the division is on track to achieving business and campaign metrics/goals. Analyse quality of leads and MQLs to identify factors that affect lead quality and better inform future marketing plans. Put in place a robust set of processes to plan, allocate, track and account for budget spend to maximize return.

• Training and education: Collaborate with and partner stakeholders from senior management to other cross functional teams to educate and improve marketing processes, better attribute results and brainstorm innovative growth strategies.

• Drive overall website & email marketing strategy and workplans: Formulate campaigns including SEO, email and website personalisation to increase foreign website traffic and acquire leads/ subscribers. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points to design better omni-channel customer experiences.

• Managerial duties: Lead and oversee a team of Digital Marketing officers and agency partners to achieve marketing outcomes.

To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be
• At least 6-8 years in digital marketing, marketing automation or marketing operations roles, preferably in a B2B organization
• Hands-on experience/knowledge in Marketing Automation Platforms (Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Knowledge/experience in Tableau, Cvent and Adobe Analytics is a bonus.
• Demonstrates experience leading and managing marketing databases, SEO, marketing automation, email and omni-channel marketing campaigns
• Good working knowledge of inbound marketing/demand generation concepts and best practices
• Experience in identifying addressable target audiences and devising campaigns to engage, inform and convert
• Data and tech-savvy, proficient with excel data analysis
• Meticulous and strong attention to details, a problem solver who can meet goals in creative ways with limited resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively engage and manage multiple stakeholders and their needs and expectations
• Able to manage multiple projects while keeping to deadlines
• Familiarity with key data regulations such as GDPR and Smart Nation & Digital Government Office (SNDGO)’s guidelines is preferred
