About Singapore Global Network
The Singapore Global Network (SGN) is a division in the Economic Development Board tasked to re-energise Singapore’s efforts in building a strong and extensive ecosystem of overseas Family, Friends and Fans for Singapore. SGN leads the Whole-of-Government effort to coordinate across agencies and strengthen our collective networks whose skills, affinity and influence could help build linkages to global business and talent communities, and enhance the international mindshare of Singapore as a leading globally-connected city.Responsibilities The officer in this role is required to build SGN’s understanding of key audiences and craft the user experiences for SGN’s engagement programmes and products. Responsibilities include –
Developing the design and structure of SGN’s products and services for the purpose of building a network of talent, advocates and connectors for Singapore
Engaging talent in sustainability, finance and tech sectors (and across career stages to understand their needs, behaviours, motivations and pain points; translating findings into insights that inform decisions and conveying them clearly to stakeholders
Creating and communicating the user experience at various stages of the design thinking process with customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and prototypes
Identify and track relevant metrics to assess the quality of SGN’s customer experience design principles across key touchpoints
Requirements
A university degree in any discipline with at least five years working experience in user research/UI or UX design
Strong analytical and lateral thinking skills to translate insights and data into recommendations for products and services
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong project management skills
Energetic, curious, with ability to think creatively
Team player with ability to work independently and cross-functionally in teams
