About Human Resources – Talent Management & Workday Implementation
You will be part of a dynamic Human Resources (HR) division that formulates and implements people and digital initiatives to support business strategies and maximize the potential of our employees. This specific opening is for the Talent Management team, which is responsible for conceiving, designing and implementing progressive talent management and career development policies and initiatives for EDB. You will also be an integral member of the inter-disciplinary team in HR that is implementing Workday HCM for EDB. A key focus for the team is on developing solutions that integrate the digital and physical workflows and experiences.
Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Refine and implement EDB’s feedback tools (e.g. 360-Degree Feedback Survey) organisation-wide in support of career development of our officers
Undertake data analysis from the roll-out of the feedback tools to inform capability development needs across levels in the organisation
Support the review and enhancement of EDB’s competencies and job profiles, taking into consideration evaluation of roles and responsibilities, ingestion into Workday system and its impact on HR levers
Administer external postings of officers which includes case management, liaising with stakeholders involved and knowledge management
Involved in Workday implementation across the life cycle of the project, including design/configuration, testing and deployment phases
Develop and implement solutions to integrate digital and physical (online/offline) workflows and experiences for Workday, taking into consideration EDB’s operating context and change management requirements
Partner with various functional teams (e.g. HR, IT) on process improvements, system migration and delivery
The successful candidate should have/be:
Has talent management or HR operations experience, specifically in running 360-degree feedback exercises, and supporting career movements in organisation
Familiar with Workday systems and workflows, or has end-to-end systems implementation experience
Ability to understand and explain key HRIS issues and address stakeholder requirements
Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to develop solutions
Able to understand multiple/ differing perspectives from stakeholders, translate into addressable needs and put forth recommended solutions
Structured, meticulous and thorough in follow-through
An independent, self-motivated person with a collaborative mindset
Is a good team player
